Here at Tonopalo, we have a friendly and knowledgeable front desk staff that are more than happy to answer any questions you might have about your stay here in North Lake Tahoe. Feel free to contact us at your convenience, we staff the front desk 7 days a week from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and are available to answer the phone and respond to emails during that time. We are more than happy to assist you with making dinner reservations, finding a babysitter, planning a boat trip, answering questions about various forms of transportation in the area, and helping coordinate recreational activities.
In terms of helping you coordinate the specifics of your stay at Tonopalo, our dedicated Owner Services Specialist can assist you. Please feel free to contact us at any time while planning your visit. Our Owners Services Specialist will also reach out to you via email two weeks in advance of your stay, and then place a phone call a week prior to your arrival in order to coordinate specific requests you might have about your stay at our resort.
