Established in 2002 and located on a private 270-foot stretch of white sand beach, the lakefront community of Tonopalo is located amongst breathtaking scenery.  The Private Residence Club consists of 19 fully furnished homes with a variety of different floor plans, and it is the perfect setting for the vacation of a lifetime.

Tonopalo owners can relax and reconnect with family and friends while sharing pride of ownership and a personal connection with our dedicated staff. Our turnkey experience allows owners to enjoy their stays free of maintenance worries and knowing their needs will be attended to.

Our three and four bedroom homes are private havens that offer a comfortable space to relax in and enjoy the recreational opportunities available here in North Lake Tahoe. All the homes on the property offer spacious living and dining areas, fireplaces, double master bedrooms, a gourmet kitchen, and outdoor patios/decks that offer spectacular views of the lake.

Our operating theme is "Casual Elegance", reflecting the mountain/beachfront environment, and is characterized by the highest standards for service. We operate in a professional but not overly formal manner, responsive to individual owners' preferences because we make the effort to get to know our owners well. In the homes, furnishings are professionally designed and characterized by quality, comfort, and excellence; decor is consistent with the mountain environment. Outside the homes, amenities, equipment, and grounds are maintained in good working order to be enjoyed year-round.
